So, do not forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day or about two liters of water. Every day, about two liters of water is wasted through the skin, lungs, intestines, and kidneys. It needs to be replaced immediately if you do not want to become dehydrated.
For healthy people need a minimum of two to two and a half liters of water a day. If you love to exercise, then you will need more water. Likewise, if you live in hot climates. For those who are obese, need to drink an extra glass of water for every extra 10 kilograms of weight. However, contrary to some people with certain diseases such as heart failure or renal dysfunction, so some doctors recommend not drinking too much water.
