Too much zinc, may lead to anemia

Recently, I have a 75 mg. Of zinc per day for my loss of taste. So far, it is no different. I am 77 years old. Any suggestions how? Yes, my first suggestion is that zinc has given more than enough to find the taste of your loss. My second proposal should stop taking before the copper-deficiency anemia increases risk of other problems. Or zinc-deficiency anemia can lead to large doses of copper?
