High blood pressure or hypertension has been a problem for many people. Akibar of this disease starts from the problem headache, stroke, or even death. Of course even though many people experience high blood pressure, but the disease must be addressed so as not to cause fatal consequences such as death.

Measuring Blood Pressure

When you see a doctor or hospital, a doctor may measure blood pressure and then calls two numbers, eg 80 or 120 and are often written 120/80 mmHg. What do these figures mean? The first number mean pressure when the heart beats is called systolic pressure or the pressure on. The second number mean pressure when the heart is not beating or resting. This figure is called diastolic pressure or under pressure. Figure what is normal?
