If father and mother suffering from high blood pressure or hypertension, then most likely their children will also inherit the same thing.
Disease factors, lifestyle and diet can also cause high blood pressure. For example, cholesterol can cause a person suffering from high blood pressure. Rapid lifestyle in big cities also makes a person stress and can increase blood pressure and trigger hypertension.
Diet is also a major factor causing high blood pressure. If you frequently drink excessive coffee and tea will also cause the heart beat faster so that the blood pressure will also grow taller. Drinking alcohol and smoking also has a direct effect on blood pressure that causes high blood pressure or hypertension.
